RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made on our website. This right can be exercised within a period of five (5) business days from the delivery of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please note the following:

  • You must send an email to comercialzunildag@gmail.com to indicate your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, along with the order number or purchase invoice.

  • The product must be new, unopened, unused, with all original packaging, parts, accessories, and tags attached.

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within thirty (30) calendar days following the date the product was received in the aforementioned conditions. Please note that in the refund process, financial expenses resulting from the use of payment gateways or operators may be deducted.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of transportation and other expenses incurred in the return.

  • Goods of personal use, such as swimsuits, masks, and face coverings, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Exchange Procedure

Our products purchased directly through the website www.zunildagutierrez.us have a warranty period of eight (8) calendar days from the moment of delivery, applicable only to manufacturing defects that were not detected in our visual inspection at the time of shipment. To apply for the warranty, you must notify us within the aforementioned warranty period.

  • Contact customer service at comercialzunildag@gmail.com attaching the purchase invoice or order number.

  • The product must be sent with all labels and in perfect condition to the address provided by our customer service department. The cost of the return shipping must be covered by the customer.

  • Products purchased through authorized Zunilda Gutiérrez distributors must adhere to the distributor's warranty policies.

  • Once the product is received, we will proceed with its review, and within three (3) business days, we will inform you via email whether the exchange is approved or not.

  • If the exchange is approved and is due to size, color, or reference, we will proceed with the shipment of the new product to the address registered in the purchase process. The cost of this shipment must be paid by the customer.

  • If it is not possible to make the exchange due to inventory issues, a voucher for the purchase value will be generated, which will be sent via email and can be redeemed within the next 3 months.

  • The exchange or return procedure will be carried out within a maximum of twenty (20) business days.

Additional Notes:

  • If there are modifications to the original garment's design and/or characteristics, the right to exchange or claim warranty will be forfeited.

  • Garments broken due to the removal or cutting of tags have no warranty or exchange rights due to being considered misuse and improper care.

  • Any exchange is subject to the availability of Zunilda Gutiérrez's inventory. If an identical product is not available at the time of exchange, the customer must choose one of equal or greater value and pay the difference.

  • Zunilda Gutiérrez's garments are delicate and must follow the washing instructions on the label.

  • Exchanges or returns for used, stained, discolored, and/or broken garments are not accepted. Any such problem must be reported immediately to Zunilda Gutiérrez upon product delivery; otherwise, exchanges or returns will not be accepted, and the warranty will not be honored.

  • If the exchange is not approved because the product received does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the same address registered in the purchase process.

  • Customized or made-to-measure products are not eligible for exchanges or returns. These items are created exclusively according to customer preferences and cannot be resold to other customers. It is recommended to carefully review the details before confirming the purchase, as once created, no exchanges or returns can be accepted for these products.



Shipping Policy

Our shipments are handled through the renowned carrier DHL, allowing us to offer a global delivery service. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout stage through our website, in collaboration with DHL. It's important to note that, in some cases, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges may be generated at the final destination of the shipment. These additional charges, if applicable, will be the sole responsibility of the customer and must be borne by them. We recommend verifying any local customs requirements or applicable taxes in your area before making your purchase.
