Personalized or made-to-measure products are not eligible for exchanges or returns. These items are custom-made based on individual preferences and cannot be resold to other customers. We encourage you to carefully review all details before confirming your purchase, as these products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGE
Products purchased directly through our official website www.zunildagutierrez.us come with an eight (8) calendar-day warranty, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that were not detected during our quality inspection before shipment. To claim this warranty, you must notify us within the specified warranty period.
Steps to request an exchange:

Contact our customer service department at saleszunildagutierrez@gmail.com, providing the order number or purchase invoice or via contact us form in our website.

The product must be returned with all original tags and in perfect condition to the address provided by our customer service team. The shipping cost for the return must be covered by the customer.

Products purchased through authorized Zunilda Gutiérrez distributors must follow the distributor’s warranty policies.

Once we receive the product, we will review it and notify you via email within three (3) business days whether the exchange request has been approved.

If the exchange is approved and the reason is size, color, or model preference, we will proceed with shipping the replacement product to the address registered at the time of purchase. The shipping cost for the new product must be covered by the customer.

If an exchange is not possible due to inventory availability, a store credit equal to the purchase value will be issued via email, valid for three (3) months from the issue date.

The exchange or return process will be completed within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days.

If any modifications have been made to the original design or features of the garment, the right to an exchange or warranty claim will be forfeited.

Items with damaged tags, or where tags have been cut or removed, are not eligible for warranty or exchange as this is considered improper handling.
Important Considerations:

Exchanges are subject to Zunilda Gutiérrez’s inventory availability. If the requested item is unavailable at the time of exchange, the customer may select a product of equal or higher value and will be responsible for paying any price difference.

Zunilda Gutiérrez garments are delicate and must be washed according to the care instructions on the label.

Worn, stained, discolored, or damaged garments are not eligible for exchanges or returns. If a product presents any of these issues at the time of delivery, the customer must notify Zunilda Gutiérrez immediately. Otherwise, no exchange, return, or warranty claim will be accepted.

If the return is denied due to failure to meet the required conditions, the item will be shipped back to the address registered at the time of purchase.
